Comprehensive Latin Dance Instruction in Albuquerque.

 We provide comprehensive Latin dance instruction in Albuquerque. Our group classes gives you an in-depth understanding of dance patterns and movements to help you discover your style. You will learn lead and follow techniques, dance-floor etiquette, spin and turn techniques, and other fundamental skills required to be a great dancer.  Among those essential and necessary skills, not to be overlooked, is having a strong sense of Rhythm&Timing. In our Rhythm&Timing classes, you will learn how to relate to the music and embody strong points of reference to keep you dancing on the beat.

In addition to our group classes, we also offer Private lessons for an individual, or couples. Private lessons are a perfect way for the absolute beginner to start their dance experience without the anxiety that is sometimes present with being in a group class for the first time. And for the experienced dancer trying to refine their style, footwork, or connection to their partner, it is a way to have the focused and personal instruction, receive immediate feedback and guidance, and get more practice. Private lessons are a great way to explore and expand on your skills for a more enjoyable learning and/or social experience.

It is our mission to provide you with the best instruction to help you achieve your goals as a dancer. And although the immediate goal might be to be a good or better dancer, we believe that dancing is a holistic practice. The overall health benefits gained from learning how to dance is definitely worth the investment. It is a practice that will improve your physical (Increased Flexibility, Strength, Balance, Endurance, etc) mental (Improved Memory, Cognitive Skills, etc) and emotional state (Reduced Stress, Boost In Self Esteem, etc).
